Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd. Officially Inaugurated

The inauguration ceremony for Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd. was held on November 3rd in Nanchang. Liu Chaodong, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd., stated that this inauguration marks a new starting point for the company, signifying greater responsibility, higher standards, and stricter requirements. The new Guosheng Securities will drive the company steadily towards its goal of becoming a first-class financial enterprise, aiming to repay the trust and support of its investors with outstanding performance.

It is understood that Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd. was formed through the absorption and merger of the former Guosheng Securities by Guosheng Financial Holding, followed by a renaming. In July 2022, Jiangxi state-owned capital officially acquired a 50.43% stake in Guosheng Financial Holding, becoming the actual controlling party, which led to the former Guosheng Securities returning to the state-owned capital sequence. In October of the same year, the Jiangxi Provincial Government approved Guosheng Financial Holding as a provincial-managed enterprise. In October 2025, Guosheng Financial Holding announced the name change, declaring the official birth of a new provincial-level listed securities platform.

Regarding this renaming, Guosheng Securities stated that, on one hand, as the only provincially-owned securities company in Jiangxi with a full license, operating under the "Guosheng Securities" entity after the absorption and merger can further strengthen this identity attribute and enhance the brand effect. On the other hand, it aims to optimize the management process by reducing decision-making layers between the parent company and its subsidiaries through the merger, thereby addressing the "limitations and constraints of excessive management decision-making processes," which in turn saves management costs and improves decision-making and operational efficiency.

Data shows that in the first three quarters of 2025, Guosheng Securities achieved operating revenue of 1.856 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.84%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 242 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 191.21%.
