Founder of Yun Hai Yao Zhao Han Passes Away Suddenly from Heart Attack

According to the obituary released by his family, Zhao Han's farewell ceremony has been scheduled for 11:00 AM on September 20, 2025, at the Kunming Funeral Parlor.

Public records show that Zhao Han was born in 1985 in Kunming, Yunnan, and was among the first graduates of the School of Chinese Classics at Renmin University of China. He previously served as Chairman of Yunnan Yun Hai Yao Catering Management Co., Ltd. and fully exited the company by the end of 2024.

In December 2024, the company's legal representative was changed from Zhao Han to Zhu Haiqin. In February 2025, Yun Hai Yao's board was restructured, with Zhao Han stepping down as Chairman and from all other positions. Zhu Haiqin assumed the roles of Chairman and CEO, taking full responsibility for the company's decision-making and management.

According to Tianyancha information, Yunnan Yun Hai Yao Catering Management Co., Ltd., established in 2014 and headquartered in Kunming, Yunnan, is primarily engaged in business services. The company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB, with Kunming Xinzheng Yicheng Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) holding a 47.93% stake.

Kunming Xinzheng Yicheng Management Partnership was established in 2014. Zhu Haiqin holds a 42.72% stake and is the actual controller and beneficial owner, while Zhao Han holds a 42.54% stake as a beneficial owner. The original co-founders, Lü Zhitao and Hu Fengyang, hold 5.06% and 0.12% stakes, respectively.

In July of this year, Yun Hai Yao was fined 7,000 Singapore dollars by the Singapore State Courts for food safety violations due to non-compliance with the Sale of Food Act and Environmental Public Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations.
