Russia Claims to Have Obtained Text Materials of "Peace Plan" Through Informal Channels
On November 26 local time, Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov stated that Russia has not officially received the "peace plan" for Ukraine proposed by the United States but has obtained the text materials through informal channels. He mentioned that Russia has not discussed the specific details of the U.S. "peace plan" with any parties, and some of its clauses require in-depth study and analysis.
Ushakov noted that Russia holds a positive attitude toward some parts of the U.S. "peace plan," but many issues still require further consultation. He revealed that Russia had obtained multiple versions of the U.S. "peace plan" through informal channels, and some of the content within these versions is even contradictory.
Earlier that day, Ushakov stated that Russia and the U.S. had reached a preliminary agreement, and U.S. Special Envoy for Middle East issues, Wittkov, would visit Moscow next week. On the previous day (November 25), relevant U.S. and Ukrainian officials indicated that Ukraine had agreed in principle to the peace agreement proposed by the United States, but some clauses still need to be discussed.
