UAE's AIQ to Export Energy AI Products Globally

① AIQ is preparing to export artificial intelligence products to overseas markets and is currently advancing pilot projects in six countries; ② The company launched its first AI agent "ENERGYai," continuing cooperation in developing AI technology for the energy sector; ③ AIQ has prioritized "the integration of renewable energy and hydrocarbons" as a strategic focus to manage the growing energy demands of its AI systems.

Denis Jourdan, CEO of AIQ, a specialized AI company in the UAE's energy sector, announced at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference on Tuesday that AIQ is ready to export its artificial intelligence products to international markets.

AIQ is a joint venture established by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the artificial intelligence company Presight. Its developed products are already in use within ADNOC's subsidiaries.

As part of its overseas expansion strategy, Denis Jourdan stated that the company is currently negotiating to advance pilot projects in six countries. AIQ has already secured technology introduction agreements with Colombia and Kazakhstan, signed a similar agreement with Indonesia, and expects to announce new collaborations with three additional countries in the near future.

In November 2024, ADNOC and AIQ launched ENERGYai, the first agentic AI for the energy sector, whose core feature is the ability to autonomously make decisions and execute tasks with limited supervision. ENERGYai was developed in collaboration with G42 and Microsoft, leveraging advanced AI agents trained on ADNOC's proprietary data to optimize key areas of upstream operations, including development planning and real-time process monitoring and forecasting.

On November 4, 2025, AIQ signed an agreement with Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company SKK Migas to deploy its Advanced Reservoir 360 platform in the country's (a former OPEC member) upstream oil and gas operations. AR360, co-developed by AIQ and SLB as part of ADNOC's AI and digital technology strategy ENERGYai, utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance oil and gas field management and optimize field development planning.
