Update on Yajiang Group's Business Registration Information: Registered Capital of 240 Billion, Registered Location in Nyingchi, Tibet

Recently, a reporter from Economic Information Daily discovered through Tianyancha that the business registration information of the new central state-owned enterprise, China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yajiang Group"), has been updated. It shows a registered capital of 240 billion yuan and a registered address at No. 368 Gongzun Middle Road, Nyingchi City, Tibet Autonomous Region. It is worth noting that the 240 billion yuan registered capital has surpassed that of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. (211.5 billion yuan).

Furthermore, searching for "Yajiang Group" on Tianyancha revealed that, besides Yajiang Group itself, there are currently four other companies: China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. Electromechanical Engineering Management Company, China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. Construction Management First Company, China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. Construction Management Second Company, and China Yajiang Group Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Branch"). The registration dates for all four of these companies are shown as September. Among them, the first three are registered in Nyingchi, while Beijing Branch's registered address is at Room 509, Building 14, Zone 2, No. A1 Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing.

Information indicates that Yajiang Group is a new central state-owned enterprise approved by the State Council on July 19, 2025. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) performs the contributor's duties on behalf of the State Council. Yajiang Group is included in the list of enterprises where SASAC performs the contributor's duties, ranking 22nd.
