Gold Prices Surge: Spot Gold Hits Record High! Chow Tai Fook’s Price per Gram Rises 18 Yuan in a Week
Domestic brand gold jewelry prices have reached a recent high.
After several consecutive days of gains, international gold prices have once again刷新ed historical highs.
On the morning of September 1, international spot gold opened higher. COMEX gold prices hit an intraday high of $3,552.4 per ounce, breaking the previous record high of $3,534.1 per ounce set in early August. In the domestic futures market, the main Shanghai gold contract 2510 also rose sharply in early trading, breaking through 800 yuan per gram intraday.
Over the past week, gold prices have continued to climb, with spot gold rising more than $80 per ounce, a gain of over 2%, and hitting a nearly four-month high. COMEX gold has also continued to rise over the past week, breaking through the $3,500 mark in today’s session.
As a result, domestic brand gold jewelry prices have also reached recent highs. A check by reporters on September 1 found that Chow Tai Fook’s gold jewelry price was 1,027 yuan per gram, up 18 yuan per gram for the week; Lao Miao Gold’s price was 1,023 yuan per gram, up 16 yuan per gram for the week; Saturday Fu足金999 was 1,000 yuan per gram, up 15 yuan per gram for the week; Lao Feng Xiang was 1,025 yuan per gram, up 15 yuan per gram for the week; and Chow Sang Sang’s price was 1,025 yuan per gram, up 15 yuan per gram for the week.
