On August 28, Dreame Technology officially announced its entry into car manufacturing, with its first ultra-luxury pure electric product targeting the Bugatti Veyron and planned to debut in 2027. According to media reports, the main entity for car manufacturing, "Starry Sky Project (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.," was established in January this year.

Qichacha APP shows that Starry Sky Project (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2025, with Zhan Zhongguo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes automobile sales, new energy vehicle production testing equipment sales, intelligent robot R&D, etc. It is wholly owned by Starry Sky Project (Shanghai) Automotive Co., Ltd. Qichacha's equity penetration reveals that Dreame Technology founder Yu Hao actually controls 80% of the equity of Starry Sky Project through a multi-layer ownership structure.

Since the beginning of this year, Starry Sky Project (Shanghai) Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has applied for multiple automobile-related invention patents, including "Vehicle and Its Control Method," "Vehicle Electric Horn Control Method, System, Device, Equipment, Medium, and Product," etc.
