On August 25, during the morning session, major indices such as the STAR 50, STAR Innovation 50, and STAR 100 led the A-share market with significant gains. Sectors like communications, non-ferrous metals, and electronics were among the top performers, while thematic segments such as GPUs, servers, optical modules CPO, optical communications, and AI computing power showed strong upward momentum. The recently popular Cloud Computing 50ETF (516630) rose over 3% at one point. Among its holdings, Yunshan Lifi, Sugon, Zhongji Innolight, New Essex, and Talkweb were among the top gainers, with Yunshan Lifi and Sugon hitting the daily limit-up.

Huaxi Securities pointed out that DeepSeek-V3.1 has achieved breakthroughs in multiple dimensions, adopting an innovative hybrid reasoning architecture that supports "thinking" and "non-thinking" modes. Combined with a mixture-of-experts architecture and UE8M0 FP8 precision, it optimizes efficiency and reduces deployment costs. Its agent capabilities are outstanding, with exceptional programming and search abilities, and its context window has been expanded to 128K. In terms of ecosystem development, the model is open-source, with reduced API prices and optimized functionality. The model, combined with UE8M0 FP8, is adapted for domestic chips. UE8M0 FP8 offers a wide dynamic range, enhancing stability and efficiency, and is compatible with chips such as Huawei’s Ascend, achieving "low-card, high-energy" deployment and driving development across the entire industry chain. With policy support, its combination with Ascend is entering key sectors, breaking monopolies. According to a prediction by Zhongyan Network, China’s AI computing power market will reach RMB 120 billion by 2025. The institution estimates that UE8M0 FP8 technology will add RMB 24 billion in effective computing power supply.

AI is an inevitable trend, and domestic computing power is rising. Public information shows that the Cloud Computing 50ETF (516630) tracks the Cloud Computing Index (930851). This index has a high AI computing power content, covering popular computing power themes such as optical modules & components, computing power leasing, data centers, AI servers, and liquid cooling. The Cloud Computing 50ETF (516630) is the ETF with the lowest total expense ratio tracking this index.
