The Tianhong STAR Composite Index ETF (589860) closely tracks the STAR Composite Index, which is positioned as a comprehensive index for the STAR Market, covering approximately 97% of its market capitalization. Its constituents include small-market-cap hard tech companies, giving it strong representativeness and outstanding growth attributes. Its high "tech content" and "more comprehensive and broader" compilation characteristics naturally provide it with elasticity advantages.
On the news front, according to DeepSeek’s official WeChat account, DeepSeek-V3.1 has been officially released. The announcement article mentioned that DeepSeek-V3.1 uses UE8M0 FP8 Scale parameter precision. Additionally, V3.1 has undergone significant adjustments to its tokenizer and chat template, making it noticeably different from DeepSeek-V3. In a pinned comment, DeepSeek’s official Weibo stated that UE8M0 FP8 is designed for the upcoming next-generation domestic chip.
CSC Financial stated that the domestic computing power sector is experiencing intensive catalysts. Tencent’s earnings meeting indicated that there are multiple options for the supply channel of inference chips, and domestic inference computing power chips are expected to provide support amid fluctuations in the international supply chain. DeepSeek’s model update, DeepSeek V3.1, explicitly supports FP8 precision and the upcoming next-generation domestic chip. Leading domestic open-source models’ support for domestic chips is expected to accelerate the implementation of the domestic computing power ecosystem and continuously enhance the competitiveness of domestic chips.
Guoyuan Securities believes that with the release of the latest versions of various models, the performance optimization of these models has significantly boosted market expectations for the pace of commercial closed-loop and the sustainability of capital expenditure for large models. It recommends focusing on the entire chain of computing power hardware, particularly the upstream optical chip segment, which faces tight supply-demand dynamics, and the module segment, which benefits from a higher market share.
