On August 6, the balance of ETF margin trading and short selling in both markets was 105.139 billion yuan, an increase of 235 million yuan compared to the previous trading day. Among them, the margin trading balance was 98.747 billion yuan, an increase of 214 million yuan compared to the previous trading day; the short selling balance was 6.392 billion yuan, an increase of 21.6639 million yuan compared to the previous trading day.

By market, the balance of ETF margin trading and short selling in the Shanghai market was 72.308 billion yuan, an increase of 139 million yuan compared to the previous trading day. Among them, the margin trading balance was 66.719 billion yuan, an increase of 125 million yuan compared to the previous trading day; the short selling balance was 5.588 billion yuan, an increase of 14.3016 million yuan compared to the previous trading day. The balance of ETF margin trading and short selling in the Shenzhen market was 32.832 billion yuan, an increase of 96.2989 million yuan compared to the previous trading day. Among them, the margin trading balance was 32.028 billion yuan, an increase of 88.9366 million yuan compared to the previous trading day; the short selling balance was 804 million yuan, an increase of 7.3623 million yuan compared to the previous trading day.
